Cancellation.
Rate rules are strictly enforced. As we are a small business, cancellations and no shows really affect our business. Our rate plans are designed to provide the best options for our guests, while allowing our business to operate in a competitive environment. Thank you for your understanding.
Credit Card.
All reservations require a valid credit card. Credit cards are charged full amount at time of booking. The credit card used at time of booking must be presented at check-in, along with a valid ID. If another credit card is used, we will need to process the full amount on the new card before refunding the card used at time of booking. Your card may be authorized to cover any incidental charges. Please refer to your selected rate plan for more details.
Cash.
This property does not accept cash.
Smoking.
We are a non-smoking building. A $200 cleaning fee, plus one night’s accommodation, will be applied to allow us to prepare the room for the next guest.
Room Damage.
Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required as a result of their stay. All rooms are inspected after check-out, and any damages will be documented. The cost of repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning will be charged to the card on file. By staying at the property, guests agree to accept responsibility for any damages incurred during their visit.
Pets.
For the comfort of all of our guests, we are a pet-free hotel.
Early Departure & No Show.
Please refer to your rate plan. Refunds are not permitted unless within the terms of the plan.
Noise.
We want everyone to enjoy their stay. Noise complaints may result in additional charges, and/or being asked to leave the property.
Room Occupancy.
All rooms are prepared with amenities for 2 guests. When making your reservation, please specify additional guests, or communicate directly with the hotel. Additional fees apply. For safety, a maximum of 4 guests are permitted per room.
